About This Item
The John C. Winston Company. Very Good- in Good+ dust jacket. 1948. Hardcover. Light wear only to the binding. The book is in near very good condition. The dust jacket shows some wear and darkening to the edges and a few small chips, but is still in presentable condition. This story was written as an anti-communism allegory, with the bear (Russia) seeking to dominate the forest and force all of the other animals into its way of thinking and ordering things. An interesting title. .
