NY: Harcourt Brace & Company. NVG. 1943. Reprint. Hardcover. Early edition without the "First Edition: statement but with the (C-9- 43) code on the copyright page (Sept. 1943). Bound in blue cloth with red spine lettering. Map endpapers. A Very Good copy in a Very Good du st jacket. The book has light rubbing to the corners and spine tips. T he endpapers have some tanning to the hinge folds else content is fine . Name and date inked at the upper left edge of the front endpaper. Th e dust jacket has a chip at the head of the spine and a couple of tiny closed edge tears. Dust soiling to the panels. Not price clipped ($2. 00). .
