Illustrated with 4 plates. Collated complete. Written by Robert Michael Ballantyne, a Scottish author of more than one hundred books and artist specialising in watercolour. Includes 31 pages of publisher's advertisements to the rear. In the original red cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor shelf wear to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with light age toning to the first and last few pages. Very Good
