Second edition. 8vo. xiv, 234 pp. Publisher's terracotta cloth, black lettered to the spine with matching black decoration across the binding, contemporary ownership inscription to the front free endpaper. A collection rendering Herodotus' Histories into contemporary verse. First published the previous year, this edition with four additional pieces. Neither edition is common.
