Austin Dobson was an English poet and essayist, some of the poems which appear in this volume are A Gentleman of the Old School A Dead Letter and The Old Sedan Chair. With twenty five plates and other in-text illustrations by Hugh Thomson.Collated, complete. With a previous owner bookplate to the front pastedown for William Henry Radcliffe Saunders. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart with some very light bumping to the head and tail of the spine.
