Introduction, notes and index by Heywood Hodder. Arthur H. Clark, Cleveland. 249pp plus frontis, 4 plates and 10pp ads. Folding map. Original green cloth. 6.25 x 9.75 inches. 1st ed. Howes A390. Good only. Spine ends chipped and frayed. Corners rubbed through. Hinge paper cracking. 2 inch crack and small chip to cloth to top back panel joint. Fragile map complete with clear tape repairs to folds, an untaped closed tear, and minor edge chipping.
