The Viking Press, 1978 The Viking Press, New York, 1978, hb with d/w, 1st US edition, green cloth boards with gilt titles to spine, few signs of wear to the covers, pages clean and bright, there is a set of initials neatly written on the front free endpaper, a good tight secure binding, in a d/w that has not been price clipped but is a little faded at the spine and does have a few small chips and tears at the edges one of which has been neatly repaired with tape [Box 14]
