Moscow: Soviet Artist, 1990. Pictorial Hard Cover. Near Fine/No Jacket (as issued). 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Boris Mikhailovich Kustodiev (1878-1927) was an Astrakhan painter and stage designer. His ancestral home there is now a museum and gallery. This is the official book of the gallery. CONTENTS: Introduction (11 pages; in Russian only); 130 color plates from the collection; Index of Reproductions (see the scan image of its first page). 152 pages. CONDITION: a bright, tight, unmarked copy (issued without dustjacket) with minimal shelf-wear (just a bit of light bumping at the outer corners and spine ends). This handsome copy is now nestled in a clear, protective polypropylene bag.
