London: Geo. Virtue, Publisher. Unbound. Fair. no date, circa 1850s. Single sheet, disbound. 11 by 8 ¾ inches. Black and white steel engraving with hand colored borders. A map of Asia from the 19th century, depicting China, Japan, Siberia (Russia), India, Korea and other countries. FAIR/GOOD condition. Heavy chipping, tearing and curling/creasing along the lower edge, with very minor chipping and tearing along the top. Some curling and creasing to the corners. Faint dampstain to the right center of the map. General minor toning, with very light scattered foxing.
