White canvas, gilt letters on spine, white and illus. dust jacket, 232 pp., BW and color illus. First issued in conjunction with a 1961 exhibition of a century's worth of examples of book illustrations. With an introduction by Philip Hofer. The main catalogue itself is arranged in alpha order by artist. Includes a sizable bibliography. Much to see here.
