Rihani Is Perhaps The Most Important Arab-American Writer Circa 1900-1940, And Was Advisor, With St, John Philby, To Saudi King Ibn Saud Advising Him To Develop The Newly Discovered Oil Industry With American Companies. May A. Rihani Is The Director Of The George And Lisa Zakhem Kahlil Gibran Chair For Values And Peace At The College Of Behavioral And Social Sciences At The University Of Maryland.
