No fraying or wear; very slight bump to one corner. Binding is tight and square, no cracking. Pages and edges are clean, with clean endpapers (tasteful previous owner bookplate on front free endpaper). Illustrated with photographs by the author. 239 pages. Clean dust jacket is unfaded, has very slight edge chipping and a few short closed edge tears, price clip at upper corner of front inside flap. Author's photo and biography on rear panel. Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover..
