New York, NY, USA: Harry N Abrams, 2005. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. 224pp, with 200 colour photographic illustrations and 65 monochrome illustrations. Light blue paper-covered boards, white titles on front and spine. Teal endpapers. 4to. A large and heavy volume requiring an additional charge for overseas delivery. Some very light staining on boards, light sun-fading around top and bottom edges and spine; several light bumps in spine, rear bottom corner lightly rounded, front top edge bumped. Top text block edge lightly stained. Endpapers just starting to fox, pastedowns have some <1cm sections of peeling; half-title page and title page lightly stained, some pages towards the beginning and end of volume are slightly sticky and have small sections of damage as a result. Internally very neat, bright and tight. Dust jacket has light wear around extremities and top and bottom edge, not price clipped, interior lightly foxed and moderately stained.
