New York: The Viking Press, 1978. 1st Edition. Blue Cloth. Very Good/Very Good Minus. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Type: Z 287pp. First edition with wrapper. Illustrated with numerous colour photographic plates. Gilt embossed lettering to the spine. The cloth at the head and tail of the spine is lightly turned in. Slightest of toning to the upper fore edges. Clean and tight. Dust wrapper price clipped with light creasing to the head of the spine of the wrapper, and the to the head of the front of the wrapper. The rear of the wrapper has some wrinkling to the overlying laminate. There is some toning to the head of the inner flaps of the wrapper. Clean and tight. A very good copy.
