Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound, all pages and edges are clean (all page edges gilt). Sewn-in ribbon page marker. Silk moire endpapers. No previous owner names or marks. Lavishly illustrated throughout with full color photographs of glorious rooms and gardens across the United States, from traditional to ultra-modern. 287 pages. Book size approx. 9-1/4" x 12-/14".
