[Committee on Federal Relations], 1869. Original Wrappers. Good+ binding. Octavo. 13 pp. First edition. Stitched self wrappers. Unfortunately, later holes for binder. Resolutions out of the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with regard to the Alabama Claims on the part of the United States government. The claims center around the British Government having secretly sold the Confederate States, the CSS Alabama and the U. S. request for damages. Contains also a copy of the treaty between the U. S. and Britain with regards to the water boundary between U. S. and British possessions in North America. Uncommon. Only one copy located in OCLC.
