About This Item
Dublin: Wolfhound Press, 1977 An unusually realistic book describing the life of a young rabbit ("nature red in fang and claw"), written by a major Irish novelist (The Informer, Thy Neighbour's Wife, both made into films by his cousin, John Ford). Attractively illustrated with black and white drawings by Terrence O'Connell. Glossy board cover has light wear. Good corners and binding. Very nice interior with clean crisp pages, no writing or marks. No specific print details other than 1977, possibly first.
