UsedVeryGood. Volume Two ONLY. First Edition. Hardcover w/ original, unclipped Dust Jacket. Dj shows rubbing, light chipping, tiny piece missing at the top of spine. Previous owner wrapped Dj in mylar to protect from any future damage. Red edge on top block of pages. Minor water spot to bottom edge, minor tanning to page edges, otherwise pages are clean and unmarked. No writing or highlighting. Strong binding. Very good copy!
Synopsis
James Agee (1909-1955) started his writing career as a reporter for Fortune, which led to his writing Let Us Now Praise Famous Men. In addition to film reviews, he wrote several scripts, including The African Queen and The Night of the Hunter. He won the Pulitzer Prize for his novel A Death in the Family.
