Boston and New York: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1928. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. This book previously belonged to Henry Williamson (Author of Tarka the Otter) and encloses a hand-written letter from Godrey Elton regarding writing war stories and other such. It is inscribed by Godrey Elton on the front end paper. Original cream and orange dust-jacket, some discoloration, little tears to edges, now stable inside a clear removable protective cover. Book bound in purple cloth with gilt titles, clean and tidy. Hinge and text block tight, pages smooth and clean if lightly age-toned. A unique copy of this book.
