About This Item

SANOC, 1987. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 0x0x0. Signed. This is an unnumbered copy of 100 made as special presentation copies that are bound in leather. This appears to have been the personal copy of Susan Roberts Leuner, a South African bronze medalist in swimming, with her signature and bookplate. In total, there are around 24 signatures to the front end papers from various names in South African Olympics, such as: Malcolm Spence (p35), Fanie Du Plessis, Mercer Davies, Katie Reyneke, Joan (Harrison) Breetzke, Danie Burger, Thomas Shardelow, Raymond Robinson, Moira Abernethy, Geoffrey Myburgh, Jeanette Myburgh, Elaine Winter, Esther Brand, J.W. Human, Wally Hayward, Bobby Fowler, Hermien (Geyser) Vermaak and more. The dust jacket is shelf rubbed and edge worn but remains whole and intact. Internally, there are no other markings and the pages are neat. Securely bound and presents handsomely in cellophane. JK. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.
