Bit of mild jacket edgewear. A tight and handsome first edition of this thick overview. The foldout facsimile of the "First Medical Article to Be Printed in the Colonies" -- the 1677 broadside "A Brief Rule to Guide the Common-People of New-England," is superb. A lovely copy.
