Black cloth over boards with gilt lettering and design on the front and on the spine a glued on illustrated adaptation of Davy Crockett on the front board. Top page edges tinted, yellow inside covers front and back. No tears, bent pages, No Dust Jacket. Shelf wear to the edges and to the head and toe of the spine with light fading to the spine. Text and illustrations remains bright and clean, binding is secure, a solid collectible book.
