Brown sheepskin leather with red leather title label on spine. Title pages with date and printer and information removed from binding. Outer joints cracked. Front cover loose but attached. Leather is dry and chipped on the spine. Small closed tear to the half title page. Light toning and scattered foxing to the text. Acts passed in the first session were during the Andrew Jackson administration. Acts passed during the second session were passed in the Martin Van Buren administration. Acts include international and Native American treaties, appropriations, land acts, etc.
