Amsterdam: International Executive Committee of the Fourth International, 1959. Magazine. One issue, 8.25x10.5 inches, 75pp., pages toned, shelf and edgeworn, cover wraps worn and torn, staples beginning to rust, else in good condition. The magazine represented the "International Secretariat" wing of the Fourth International that included Ernest Mandel, Livio Maitan, Michel Pablo, and Pierre Frank. In this issue: "The African Revolution", "Democracy, Socialism, and Transitional Programme" by M. Pablo, "Appeal of the Lating American Bureau" and more.
