New York: PIX Incorporated, 1947. Photograph. Near Fine. A crisp, very sharp example of this press photograph of M. Tanguy-Frigent. According to the description on the back of the photograph, he was the post-War "French minister of agriculture and the most hated man in France, (here) making a statement about the grain policy of the government, to-day". Clean and Near Fine, measuring 9 1/2" wide x 7" tall.
