Near Fine in Good DJ. 2nd printing 1947, near fine gray cloth hardcover with red letter shows just a light bit of soil at bottom page edges and touch of bumping to couple of corners, in good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows exposure toning along spine, rubbing, wrinkles and edgewear that includes closed tears, small open chips and a bit larger open chip at top of rear panel along spine edge. 386 pages with photos, index and photographic endpapers. Still a solid copy in hjacket of this tribute volume to the Thoreau masterpiece that is accompanied by the wonderful photographs and commentary by Edwin Way Teale.
